Colorado Supreme Court June announcements good news for physicians and patient safety

The Colorado Supreme Court (CSC) has given defendant physicians and patient safety advocates a gift of immense legal value in two decisions handed down this month: The preservation of professional review confidentiality and a vital rule of evidence. CMS and COPIC spend considerable resources to protect Colorado’s relatively stable liability climate and to promote patient safety.
